Women's Self-Defence with Paul Webb #shorts

Use your legs to keep pushing until he is totally on the floor or falling backwards. Finish this famous women's self defense by either kicking the attacker in the groin or placing your heel in his face or solar plexus. Once your attacker is down, run to safety as fast as you can and scream all the way. Why choose a man to rob when he is likely not only to defend himself, but would also slow down the assault and get away. Women are the logical choice for the criminal activity because most women would succumb to the assaulter's wishes because of smaller stature and less strength. Women were protected in the past by society's rules and a sense of chivalry. It is small and can fit into your pocket or purse easily. If you do not have that available use what ever hard object you can find to stop the attacker. A brush or even your purse makes an excellent weapon. If the man is trying to steal your purse, let him have it. There is nothing in your hand bag that is worth risking your life over. Some states outlaw the use totally, while others will let you carry and use a Taser if you take classes from a law enforcement agency. To be warned, most Taser classes will require you to be shocked yourself before you are allowed to carry one. This gives you pre-knowledge of how it feels and maybe makes you stop and think before your use it. Even head butting the horn can allow some attention to be focused toward you. If you hands are free you can pull the steering wheel causing an accident or at least drawing attention to yourself. If your feet are free, try to step on the accelerator or the break to make the car move erratically. This will hopefully cause enough worry from others on the road they will call the police. Whether married or single some women live a life of physical and emotional abuse. These defeats the woman's will to stand up for herself and she lives a life that is full of fear and depression. The self esteem of that woman is very low because she feels that she have to live up to the expectations of that overbearing husband or boyfriend.
