Ladies self defense #selfdefense

Women's self defense courses offer mother and child classes or they have independent self defense classes just for children. They will learn to defend themselves from their level of understanding and their physical size. Once your child has taken these classes, reiterate the lessons often to remind them of the techniques they have learned and what they have to look out for. Woman's self defense experts state that the first thing an attacker wants from a lady is her purse. The best advice is to just give it to him, but if he has other intentions, really give it to him. Most women's purses are heavy and can be swung to be used as a weapon. Aim for the head. A good blow to the temple could leave the robber temporarily daze or incapacitated enough for you to make your escape and run away. If you are walking and have your purse across your shoulder, it would harder than if you just had your hand bag in your hand. If a thief does try to grab your purse, you first reaction is to pull it closer into your body. This will only make the thief try harder and you could end up injuring yourself. Just jot down the time and place and make time to attend. These lessons are usually short and very informative. Even take your kids. Sometimes the knowledge shared there can give you a little more confidence in their safety and well being. You have to get out there try. Nobody is going to make the call for you, so find a women's self defense course and attend. Once these principles have failed, the program uses a hands-on system of protection. The program is designed to give women the choice of how to act and how to implement pre-rape behavior which will give the woman a tool box of options in which she could choose from. This is not a martial arts program. Once a woman becomes interested and encouraged by the results seen and felt through participation in a women's self-defense class, she may become motivated to do even more. The courses taught to learn the skills of women's self-defense, also encourage the possible victim to flee from possible attack.
